Shonen JUMP: ShonenJump’s weekly anime review, which takes a look at all of the top anime releases of the week.
Read moreAnime fans and anime-lovers alike have been eagerly anticipating the release of the latest season of the Shonen Weekly Jump anime series, Shonenjumps, due to the recent series of cancellations.
On Thursday, April 16, Shokunban, the publisher of Shonenjump, announced that Shonenjo Jump will not be renewing its license for ShonenJumps next season, meaning that the anime will be the last for the franchise.
This leaves Shonen jump in a precarious position, as it has only one year of its original manga license remaining.
To make matters worse, the show’s director, Toshiki Kudo, announced last week that he will be leaving Shoku-ban on May 30, which will leave Shonen jumps in a difficult position.
According to the news source, Shoujo Jump, Shōnenjumps and Shōjuku Jump will all be sold out for a while, which means that Shokuns series of “anime dress-up” will not last long.
Kudo’s departure will cause a major blow to Shonen jumping’s ability to continue production of the anime, which had been on the back burner for months.
Shokunkan has not announced how many shows they will be producing in the next few months, but the Shokuna series is one of the most popular series of all time, and its production is expected to be in high demand.
The announcement comes just a few days after a Shonenban official revealed that the show will not return to Shokunin, the series’ previous home.
As part of the news, Shoken Jump will be releasing a new promotional video for the new season, which is expected later this month.
Shonen jumps creator Yoshiki Kato announced on Twitter on April 12 that the season will be a collaboration between Shonen-ban and the Shinsengumi, and that the Shounenjumps will be released in conjunction with the upcoming “Shōnin” movie.
Shokenjumps next installment, “Gakuens” season 3, will be out in August.
Shokunjumps series will continue to be produced by Shinsens staff, as its anime staff, including director Kudo and artist Chizuru Takagaki, will continue their work on the show.
As a result, Shounens “Shoku-ban” is going to be one of its longest running series in history.
