Can You Play Wii U Games on the Wii?
No, you cannot directly play Wii U games on the original Wii console. The Wii U is an entirely different console, with different hardware and a different type of disc.

The Wii U is a more modern console, released in 2012 and discontinued in 2017, while the original Wii was released in 2006 and ended production in 2013.
