How To See Hidden Games On Steam
At one point in your Steam game library, you may have noticed games that were hidden or not appearing. This could be due to games you have purchased on Steam, but they are tucked away in the back of your library, away from sight. If you want to learn how to reveal these games, keep on reading!
Step 1: Unhide The Games From Your Steam Library
To begin revealing the hidden games, go to your Steam library. You’ll see various categories, such as Recently Played, Top Sellers, etc. At the top, you’ll see an option for ‘Hidden.’ Click this and a new section will appear at the top of the page. This shows the games that have been hidden from your library.
Step 2: Select The Games To Unhide
The next step is to select the game you want to unhide. This can be done either by clicking on the game individually, or selecting all the games you want to unhide. Once that’s done, click ‘Unhide Selected’ at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: View Your Results
Once you have successfully unhidden the games, they will appear in the sections of your library as before. Now you’ll be able to view and play any of the games that you had hidden away.
Advanced Tips:
- You can hide or unhide games at any time – You may be able to access these games from your library, but if you want them completely hidden from view, you can hide them once more by following the same steps above.
- Manage Your Library Visually – This feature can be useful in managing the visuals of your library, allowing you to easily see which games are the most popular in your library.
- Keep Unwanted Games Updated – If there are unwanted games in your library, hiding them will still allow them to be updated. This helps to keep the games running smoothly.
