How to Start a New Game on Pokemon X
Playing Pokemon X offers gamers of all ages the chance to enjoy a classic gaming experience. Now that you have purchased the game, you might be wondering how to get started playing. Follow these steps and you will be ready for your journey!
Step 1: Title Screen
Turn on your gaming console and load the game. You will be brought to a title screen with a variety of option. Select the “New Game” option, located in the center of the screen.
Step 2: Player Creation
After selecting “New Game” you will be taken to the player creation screen. Here you will be able to customize your character.
- Name: Choose the name of your character.
- Gender: Select “Male” or “Female”.
- Appearance: Specify your character’s age, skin color, hair color and style.
Once you have made your character, press the “Confirm” button. Then, sit back and enjoy a cutscene introducing your characters role in the game.
Step 3: Choose a Starter
Once the cutscene ends, you will be prompted to choose your first pokemon. You can choose from the three classic starters: Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle. After selecting your starter pokemon, the game will begin!
